I have wired Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini into rental and operations products: replies, classification, and steps that used to be a person copying fields.
The useful version is boring. The model sees your data, calls your API, and a person can still correct it. If the provider is down, the product still takes the order.
I will not sell you a custom model you do not need. If an API call solves the job, that is the build.
