Full-time or long contract
This is not a ticket queue. I join the repo, the board, and the review rhythm you already have. The slice I own is named: the API, the data, the cloud, or the interface.
I have worked inside product teams for years. The useful part is staying long enough to own the consequences of last month’s change.
I work from Lahore (UTC+5) and arrange overlap with US, UK, Europe, and Gulf hours. You get written updates a non-technical founder can read, not only a list of commits.
